Position Title: Demi Chef de Partie – Hot Section
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A well known restaurant group in Dubai.
Job Description:
- Support the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in the daily operation and work
- Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie
- Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the restaurant
- Control food stock and food cost in his section
- Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to any nationality
- 38 years old and below
- At least a high school graduate
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in hot, pasta, and grill section
- Must have a basic food handling (BFH) certificate
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
