Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Car Delivery Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver newly purchased or leased vehicles to customers in a safe and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport vehicles to designated customer locations
- Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the delivery process, including explaining vehicle features and answering any questions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on vehicles as needed, such as fueling and checking fluid levels
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery process
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as traffic laws and regulations
Skills
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience in a delivery or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and operation
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as vehicle accessories or spare tires
