Line of Service Overview Our Deals practice assists clients in navigating complex transactions and strategic decisions, from initial planning to successful execution. We provide insightful analysis and tailored solutions that enable organizations to generate value, effectively manage risks, and achieve sustainable growth within dynamic market conditions. Business Unit Overview The Financial Decisions & Analysis team supports clients in evaluating investment opportunities, optimizing capital allocation, and enhancing overall financial performance. We deliver rigorous analysis and actionable insights to facilitate informed decision-making and maximize value creation for our clients. How You Will Contribute As a Financial Decisions & Analysis Senior Associate, you will be an integral member of a problem-solving team, addressing complex business challenges from strategy formulation to execution. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Developing detailed financial models and conducting scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making. Analyzing historical and projected financial performance, cash flows, and capital structures. Preparing high-quality reports and presentations for clients and senior stakeholders. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. Supporting business development activities through research and proposal contributions. Managing day-to-day engagement tasks and ensuring timely delivery of workstreams. Building strong client relationships and demonstrating professionalism in all interactions. Coaching junior team members and sharing technical expertise. Driving quality and efficiency in engagement delivery. Upholding PwC’s values and fostering a collaborative, inclusive team culture. What You Will Bring 3–5 years of experience in financial modeling, financial analysis, corporate finance, or transaction advisory. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an asset. Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA is preferred. Strong technical knowledge of financial modelling, valuation, and performance analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous. High level of adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments. Strong organizational and time management skills. Flexibility to travel up to 40% of the time.
