Job Description:**Objective:**
To guarantee the organization’s adherence to data protection regulations and industry-recognized best practices. This position is responsible for the protection of sensitive information, the management and implementation of data protection initiatives and strategies, and the promotion of a data protection-conscious organizational culture. The Data Protection Specialist will collaborate with departmental stakeholders to mitigate risks, implement effective data management policies, address data protection inquiries and incidents, and provide counsel regarding necessary technical, compliance, and control enhancements or deployments, within established key performance indicators, budgetary constraints, adopted policies and procedures, and relevant regulatory mandates.
