**Position Summary:**

The Data Entry Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the accurate and efficient processing of all client meal orders. This role entails the management and utilization of our dashboard system for the sorting and maintenance of client data, encompassing specific notes, dietary restrictions, and allergy information. The incumbent will be responsible for the generation of precise meal preparation schedules for the kitchen staff, ensuring optimal client satisfaction through the timely and correct fulfillment of orders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and manage daily data entry operations pertaining to client meal orders.
* Utilize the dashboard system for the systematic review and categorization of clients based on customized notes, allergies, and dietary requirements.
* Generate and disseminate accurate daily meal preparation schedules to the kitchen team.
* Coordinate with kitchen and delivery personnel to guarantee the preparation and delivery of meals in accordance with client specifications.
* Monitor and validate data to ensure the comprehensive logging and execution of all client requests.
* Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to client orders in an expeditious manner.
* Maintain current records of client preferences and feedback to enhance the quality of service.
* Provide training and supervision to other data entry personnel, upholding high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
