We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly proficient **Data Entry Associate** with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel to support our e-commerce product onboarding initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and efficient data entry and maintenance across diverse e-commerce platforms, ensuring listing accuracy and compliance with all platform-specific requirements. Proficiency in Dropbox for file management and the ability to meticulously follow detailed instructions provided in the English language are essential.
**Responsibilities include:**
* Employing advanced Excel functionalities (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation) to prepare and upload comprehensive product data (titles, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, images, etc.) to e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfair.
* Ensuring the accurate and timely input and updating of product information within Excel spreadsheets, maintaining data integrity and appropriate formatting for submission.
* Meticulously adhering to detailed instructions in English to guarantee product data alignment with platform requirements and implementing necessary adjustments to meet compliance standards.
* Organizing and maintaining product-related files (images, data sheets, etc.) within Dropbox, ensuring appropriate file naming conventions and ease of accessibility for team collaboration.
* Managing product variations (size, color, style) within Excel and across platforms, maintaining accurate representation of all variants.
* Conducting thorough quality assurance checks on product data to identify and rectify errors prior to submission to e-commerce platforms.
* Monitoring product submission statuses, troubleshooting errors or rejections, and collaborating with platform support teams to resolve any outstanding issues.
* Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and consistent product data updates across all platforms and proper maintenance of files within Dropbox.
Skills:
- Expert in Microsoft Excel: Advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and data management.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all product submissions and data entry tasks.
- Proficiency in Dropbox: Experience with organizing and managing files in Dropbox, ensuring easy access and file integrity.
