Job PurposeThe role holder is responsible for developing and maintaining the overall Digital technology architecture models and roadmap providing technical leadership and consulting across. This position exists to evaluate current Cybersecurity architectures, define gaps, develop transition roadmaps and establishing principles. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedureJob ResponsibilityEnsure to define the processes for maintaining data flows for EDW’s sources & between OLTP systemsEnsure to define the processes and best practices of build, modeling and documenting various enterprise information/data models and build a coherent and integrated set of repositories of dataDevelop optimization solutions architecture and propose domain specific remedial high-level architecture guidance solutions to existing data inconsistencies and lack of integrity in order to optimize data storage and reduce costsAuthorized to endorse and co-sign off architecture design blueprint of systems and solutions implemented within the BI Platform data to ensure consistency with overall Data ArchitectureJob Responsibility (cont.)Manage the design of data architecture modelling , and the evaluation of the impact as neededEnsure to update the Architecture repository with relevant architecture’s artifacts, deliverables, and architectural detailsDefine Architecture principles , frameworks , guidelines and roadmap for Technology Architecture Governance to be aligned with Group Architecture Governance & Enablement and shared with stc group subsidiariesManage E2E architectural engagement (blueprinting, assessment, etc.) as per the E2E architecture development processesEvaluate and assess the as-is architecture and conduct the assessment to define the to-be architectureEnsure to define the gaps between As-Is and To-Be data architectures and define the transition architecture and roadmap for addressing those gapsEnsure to support Technology Excellence & Control to translate architecture roadmap into materialized demands and executable projects/programs as neededEvaluate and review technical & architecture proposals such as RFIs & RFP and provide insightsDevelop and maintain principles, guidelines, policies , and reference architectures for the respective domain.Ensure to Identify and materialize the studies around technology efficiency and optimization.Years Of ExperienceA minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 – 4 years of experience in a similar role.Nature Of ExperiencePrior experience in managing large scale Technology Architecture Transformation and Implementation programsPreferred prior experience in leading large scale technology organizations (Network or IT)Exposure to emerging trends and technologies in previous rolesJob BandSTP- Similar Director ManagerSkillsStrong leadership skills with ability to influence C-level executivesSound knowledge of the telecom industry, related technology innovation and vendor / platform landscapeStrong knowledge of Management and Financial systemsStrong change management skillsStrong Decision making and problem solving skillsStrong knowledge for Enterprise Technologies.EducationBachelor Degree in Technology or Computer TechnologyMasters Degree in Computer ScienceAdditional EducationCertifications
