Job Description:**الخيار الرسمي:**
The incumbent will be responsible for the collection, cleansing, and analysis of large datasets from diverse sources, including CRM systems, customer surveys, and support tickets. This role requires the design and maintenance of dashboards and visual reports using Power BI or Tableau to effectively communicate customer insights. Proficiency in SQL is essential for querying and manipulating data in support of reporting and decision-making processes. A key responsibility is the provision of actionable insights and data-driven recommendations aimed at enhancing the customer journey and overall satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product) is crucial to align insights with strategic initiatives. The incumbent will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS, CSAT, CES) and generate regular performance reports. Furthermore, this position involves supporting the development and evaluation of customer surveys and feedback tools. Maintaining data accuracy and integrity across all analytics projects is paramount. Finally, the incumbent is expected to remain abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer experience analytics.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong command of SQL and data manipulation techniques.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience with survey-based analytics and customer feedback tools is a strong plus.
