Responsibilities encompass the execution of comprehensive market research, including competitor analysis, customer surveys, and ongoing monitoring of industry trends. The development of interactive dashboards and visual reports, utilizing Power BI and Excel, will be crucial for tracking key performance indicators and market dynamics. Furthermore, the role requires vigilant monitoring of competitor strategies and market positioning to identify potential business opportunities and areas for enhancement. Profitability analyses will be conducted to inform strategic decision-making regarding pricing, product offerings, and operational efficiency. Close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams is essential to understand evolving customer needs and provide actionable insights that optimize customer experience. The preparation and presentation of comprehensive reports, PowerPoint presentations, and dashboards to senior management, translating complex data into clear and concise business recommendations, are integral to this position. Segmentation analysis will be performed to identify and target high-value customer segments. Finally, the construction of forecasts and demand projections, based on data trends and relevant economic factors, will support effective resource planning.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years in a data analysis, business intelligence, or market research role.
Technical skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of data analysis methodologies and statistical tools
Interpersonal skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally and interact with customers
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must
- Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October and Giza residents are preferable.
