For the past five years, we have been providing top-tier services to businesses across the GCC, helping brands store, fulfill, and manage inventory while ensuring smooth and timely operations.Our expertise spans direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, online marketplaces, and corporate B2B supply chains, making us a key player in the region’s e-commerce logistics ecosystem.As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Dark Store / Q-Commerce Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations within our Q-Commerce fulfillment centers.Job OverviewThe Dark Store / Q-Commerce Supervisor will oversee daily operations to ensure accurate inventory management, seamless order processing, and rapid fulfillment within the 15-minute SLA. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong operational discipline, and the ability to perform under high-pressure, time-sensitive conditions.Key Responsibilities·       Supervise daily dark store operations to ensure accurate and timely 15-minute order fulfillment.·       Manage and motivate store teams — including pickers and packers — to achieve productivity and quality targets.·       Monitor live order flow, stock levels, and system updates via WMS/OMS platforms.·       Coordinate with internal operations teams to prevent or resolve service delays.·       Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, quality, and safety standards across all areas.·       Track and report performance KPIs such as fulfillment accuracy, turnaround time, and SLA compliance.·       Identify and implement process improvements to optimize speed and efficiency.·       Oversee shift planning, attendance, and resource allocation according to order demand.·       Support peak operations, special promotions, and new product launches.Qualifications & Experience·       Minimum 2 years of experience in Q-Commerce, e-commerce fulfillment, or warehouse operations.·       Previous dark store or Q-Commerce experience is mandatory.·       Strong understanding of WMS/OMS systems and live order management.·       Proven ability to manage teams in a high-volume, fast-turnaround environment.·       Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.·       Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or late hours, as required by operations.·       Working knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.·       Fluency in English.What We Offer·       Competitive salary with performance-based bonus.·       Visa and health insurance provided.·       Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding logistics company.·       A dynamic work environment with a strong entrepreneurial culture.If you are a results-driven operations professional with a passion for e-commerce logistics and fulfillment, we’d love to hear from you.Only candidates residing in UAE will be considered.Apply now and be part of our journey to redefine e-commerce logistics in the GCC.Application Link: https://forms.gle/SQ6m15YoX36puXjc6
