Job Description:**Job Title: Customer Experience and Product Specialist (Food & Beverage)**
**Location:** Maadi or New Cairo (Hybrid – Field and Remote)
**Employment Type:** Full-Time (8 hours/day, 6 days/week)

**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Customer Experience and Product Specialist** to serve as the principal point of contact for gathering on-site observations and representing our Food & Beverage brands. This hybrid position integrates customer relations, product quality assurance, and operational support, making it suitable for an individual with a strong dedication to culinary excellence, customer satisfaction, and process optimization.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Founder and function as a key partner in upholding exceptional customer experiences and ensuring product superiority throughout our kitchen facilities and delivery networks.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
* Conduct post-purchase follow-up communications with customers to solicit feedback, confirm satisfaction levels, and cultivate brand loyalty.
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints with expediency and empathy.
* Systematically document customer insights and identify areas of concern to inform product development and operational improvements.
* Conduct periodic, unannounced evaluations of the ordering process, assessing taste, quality, packaging, and delivery performance.
* Perform routine site visits to kitchen facilities to monitor hygiene standards, product consistency, and visual presentation; compile photographic/video documentation and generate comprehensive reports.
* Provide support in identifying local suppliers and procuring ingredients according to established quality and cost parameters.
* Serve as a dependable on-site representative for the Founder, effectively communicating brand values and escalating critical issues as required.

Skills:
- Must be a resident of Maadi or New Cairo.
- Previous experience in F&B, customer service, sales, or business development is a HUGE plus ( at-least 1 year).
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork, documentation, and reporting.
- Basic English is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Must own a car or have reliable commute access.
- Flexibility to work from home, co-working spaces, or in the field.
