* **Customs Clearance Processing:** Submission of customs clearance requests for both import and export consignments.
* **Documentation Management:** Provision and meticulous management of all requisite customs documentation, including but not limited to invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.
* **Regulatory Compliance:** Adherence to all applicable local and international customs regulations, ensuring full compliance for all imported and exported goods.
* **Fiscal Responsibility:** Accurate calculation and timely payment of all applicable customs duties and taxes.
* **Documentation Preparation and Submission:** Expert preparation and submission of all necessary customs documentation, including permits and certificates, ensuring accuracy and completeness to mitigate potential delays or penalties.
* **Liaison with Customs Authorities:** Proactive communication and engagement with relevant customs authorities (maritime and aviation) to expedite clearance processes and proactively resolve any arising issues through diligent follow-up and document submission.
* **Shipping Coordination:** Collaborative coordination with shipping companies (maritime and aviation) to facilitate the efficient transportation of goods and ensure timely arrival at the designated destination, including diligent shipment monitoring.
