**Customer Training Specialist – Profit CRM**
Profit CRM, a leading provider of CRM software solutions, is seeking a Customer Training Specialist to join our expanding team in New Cairo. This role is integral to empowering businesses through effective utilization of our platform, leading to streamlined operations, enhanced client engagement, and sustainable growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to guide users toward successful adoption and optimal utilization of Profit CRM.
**Responsibilities:**
* Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless introduction to the platform and its functionalities.
* Collaborate with clients to define clear goals and milestones aligned with their specific business objectives, contributing to effective customer journey mapping.
* Develop customized onboarding and training plans in conjunction with the implementation team, tailored to address the unique needs of each customer.
* Monitor customer progress against established milestones, such as initial login, first sale, and initial success, to ensure adherence to training objectives.
* Conduct engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to guide users through platform features and promote confident utilization.
* Develop structured training programs encompassing product functionality, use case scenarios, and best practices for optimal performance.
* Lead interactive learning sessions to engage customers, address inquiries in real-time, and foster a comprehensive understanding of the platform.
* Create educational resources, including guides, tutorials, videos, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and knowledge base articles, to provide ongoing support and reference materials.
* Host regular customer webinars to showcase new features, share expert insights, and highlight success stories, promoting platform awareness and user engagement.
* Develop and administer certification programs for customers seeking to enhance their knowledge and proficiency in utilizing Profit CRM.
* Analyze training engagement and resource utilization data to identify areas for improvement and optimization of training programs.
* Ensure a seamless transition of customers to the Customer Success team upon completion of the onboarding process, facilitating continuity and long-term value realization.
Skills:
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in customer training, onboarding, or support within software or SaaS is a must.
- Experience in the real estate sector is a big plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience creating training materials such as videos, guides, and interactive sessions.
- Ability to lead both live and virtual training sessions with confidence and clarity.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
