Job Description:“This position requires the provision of timely and professional customer support via telephone, email, and online chat in English (minimum B1+ proficiency). Responsibilities include efficient resolution of customer issues to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction; meticulous documentation of customer interactions within the CRM system; timely escalation of complex issues to relevant departments or supervisors; diligent follow-up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction; provision of accurate product and service information to address customer inquiries and concerns; identification and reporting of recurring customer issues or trends to management to facilitate continuous improvement; collaborative teamwork to achieve departmental goals and maintain service standards; strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all customer interactions; and active participation in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service competencies.”
