**Position Summary:**
VXI Global Solutions is currently seeking a full-time, on-site English Customer Service Agent to join a newly established team in Cairo, Egypt. Located in City Stars Mall, Nasr City, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and assistance to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to an enhanced customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
*   Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
*   Provide accurate billing and technical support to customers.
*   Professionally troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues.
*   Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within internal systems.
*   Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction in all interactions.
**Work Conditions:**
*   Rotational shift schedule (5 days per week with 2 days off).
*   9-hour workday, inclusive of a 1-hour break.
*   On-site position located at the City Stars, Nasr City office.
*   Company-provided transportation, including designated pickup points and door-to-door service after 11 PM.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
*   Competitive gross monthly salary of EGP 19,000.
*   Potential overnight allowance of up to EGP 2,800.
