The Educational Support Assistant’s responsibilities include:

* Providing student support via social media and email, aiding them in achieving their English language learning objectives and exam success (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL).
* Guiding prospective students through the course registration process.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the student learning experience.
* Supporting the implementation of creative initiatives to enhance student engagement and motivation.
* Upon completion of the training program, candidates will either:
* Transition to an on-site role with the main team in the UAE.
* Continue in a remote capacity as a Student Support Consultant.
* Receive a certificate of experience acknowledging successful completion of the training.
