Job Description:
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service & Administrative Officer to support daily operations within our Educational Services Department in Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for managing customer communications, supporting student affairs, and handling administrative and call-related tasks while consistently delivering a high standard of service and professionalism.Key Responsibilities: Customer ServiceProvide prompt, professional, and courteous responses to customer inquiries across all communication channels.Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and customer satisfaction is maintained.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.Administrative & Student AffairsManage student-related administrative tasks, including class organization, attendance tracking, and absence records.Coordinate class schedules and support the smooth execution of daily academic operations.Distribute educational materials and ensure students receive all required resources in a timely manner.Prepare, organize, and maintain administrative documentation and records in accordance with company standards.Call HandlingReceive and manage incoming calls through the Saudi phone number in a professional and courteous manner.Accurately document call details and escalate or forward inquiries to the appropriate departments when necessary.Ensure timely follow-up on pending or unresolved inquiries to maintain service quality.Requirements & Qualifications:Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia.Saudi nationality is mandatory, and this position is open to female candidates only. Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or educational services is highly preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and online collaboration tools such as Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and similar platforms.Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.Detail-oriented, reliable, and well-organized.Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Apply On Customer Service & Administrative Officer | Monglish
