Job Description:**Responsibilities:**
Provide comprehensive customer support through various communication channels, including telephone, email, live chat, and social media, adhering to established response timeframes and maintaining a professional demeanor. Diagnose and resolve product or service-related issues, prioritizing customer satisfaction through effective solutions. Demonstrate and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the organization’s product/service offerings and relevant policies to facilitate effective customer assistance. Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with established procedures. Accurately update and maintain customer records within the designated database or CRM system. Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate departments or supervisory personnel. Collect and relay customer feedback to pertinent teams for the purpose of product and service enhancement. Collaborate effectively with sales, technical support, and other departments to ensure a seamless and integrated customer experience. Ensure all customer interactions are compliant with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Achieve or surpass established performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution rates.
