Key Responsibilities

2. Platform Assistance

– Support clients in navigating the trading platform.

– Assist with basic technical issues related to login, order placement, and account settings.

– Provide clear explanations of platform functions and tools.

3. Market Awareness

– Maintain general understanding of global financial markets.

– Support clients by explaining how market movements may affect their trading decisions.

– Clarify basic concepts related to indices, commodities, equities, and CFDs.

4. Case Management

– Follow up on pending client cases until resolution.

– Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

– Escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary.
