Customer Service Officer

Diploma with minimum of 2-3 years’ experience.

Fluent in English (Oral and written). Arabic is a plus.

Have a warm & pleasing personality.

 

Must have Experience in:

·        Meet and Greet Customers in the warmest possible way.

·        Receive & Respond customer service inquiries.

·        Educate customers on deals & promote company’s brochures for customers.

·        Update details for personal and business clients, such as name and address details.

·        Provide pricing and delivery information to customers

·        Perform verification of customers

·        Resolve complaints through phone, email, or social media.

·        Reach out to customers via phone call; verifying information regarding their account.

·        Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or necessary exchanges.

·        Provide advice on company information, Close out or open call records

·        Collaborate with the customer service manager to ensure that proper customer service is being delivered
