Job Description:Etisalat Global Services seeks to recruit Customer Service Advisors to provide support to customers within the Etisalat UAE MSE account. The successful candidates will possess superior English language proficiency (B1+ level or higher) and will be responsible for managing customer inquiries via telephone.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Demonstrated fluency in English (B1+ level or higher).
