Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with DED-related inquiries, including business registration, licensing, permits, and other regulatory processes.
- Assist clients in preparing and organizing the necessary documentation required for various processes.
- Address client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Provide clear and concise guidance to clients on navigating DED procedures, requirements, and timelines, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping to support efficient operations within the customer service department.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to Emirati and Comoros nationalities
- 25 to 40 years old
- Must have at least 1 year experience in Customer Service
- Must have at least a Highschool Diploma
