Service reports filing and paperwork.Service activities analysis.SAP user for the Contracts, manual invoices and quotations creationService call log (creation, follow up with the service engineers and analysis)Service calls receiving (Service hotline)Spare parts follow up.Installations follow up and instruments database update.Hotline call ticketing.  

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in any field. Office (Excel, word and power point).Good command of English reading and writing.Ability to learn fast. Advanced communication Skills.
