Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and responds to emails or social media
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone, email, and social media
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Enter new customer information into the system
- Identify and escalate priority complaints
- Follow up on customer calls where necessary
- Complete call logs
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Required language (Arabic/English)
- Some experience in a call center/customer service
- Stress tolerance
- Teamwork
Shift Timing and Day off:
As a call center, we will be working from early morning to midnight, 7days / a week. There will be a roster for the team which will cover:
- 8hrs per day
- 5 days per week
