- Proactively reach out to customers to follow up, check utilization and ensure satisfaction.
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Ensure customers have a successful experience with our product from the beginning.
- Manage subscription renewals and handle any objections.
Requirement & Qulification
- 0-3 years experience in a customer interaction role.
- Bachelor’s degree (Accounting or smilier field preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Saudi national.
