Provide comprehensive customer service and support by addressing inquiries received via telephone, email, messaging applications, and social media platforms, delivering timely, accurate, and informative responses pertaining to the organization’s online products and services. Facilitate customer acquisition by engaging with prospective clients to present the platform, elucidate its features and advantages, and provide assistance with onboarding procedures to ensure a seamless initial experience. Contribute to customer retention and engagement initiatives by participating in campaigns designed to improve satisfaction and loyalty, proactively soliciting feedback from active users, encouraging continued platform utilization, and resolving outstanding issues. Manage daily customer operations by overseeing transaction tracking, resolving issues, conducting follow-up communications, and escalating payment or account-related problems as necessary. Monitor customer sentiment and inquiries across digital and social media channels, providing proactive responses and escalating critical feedback to relevant internal parties. Educate users on new product functionalities and service enhancements that may improve their eCommerce experience and financial transactions conducted through the platform.
