Job Description:**Subject: Process Improvement and Product Innovation Specialist Position**

The purpose of this document is to outline the responsibilities and qualifications for the Process Improvement and Product Innovation Specialist position.

**Responsibilities:**

* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process and product improvements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and contribution to overall business growth.
* Champion the enhancement of the platform and user experience by advocating for the needs of the freelancer community across various teams.
* Serve as a product expert, possessing comprehensive knowledge of the platform.
* Identify recurring issues reported to customer service and propose actionable improvements.
* Collect and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the freelancer experience and platform functionalities, ensuring alignment with global product, finance operations, and community teams.

**Qualifications:**

* One to two years of experience in administration or sales support.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools; experience with CRM tools or Notion is desirable.
* Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
* Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
* Adaptability to dynamic and evolving environments.
* Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.

**Application Process:**

The recruitment process comprises the following stages:

1. Initial screening call with a Talent Acquisition team member to assess background and discuss the opportunity.
2. Technical interview with the Customer Administration Manager to evaluate relevant experience and skills.
3. Business case interview with Customer Administration and Customer Care Team Leads to assess writing skills and customer service approach.
4. Final interview with the Head of Customer Care & Administration and the Middle East Director to discuss the role’s strategic impact and long-term vision for the region.
