Database management & Reporting: Maintaining system and monitoring data quality; System reports; Solving general inquiries of all system usersMarket– Customer Satisfaction SurveyMarketing Campaign Management: Monitoring and following-up Target Groups/ParticipantsCustomer Commitment: Monitoring of Customer Complaint, Customer Satisfaction Goodwill maintenanceSales Funnel Management (SAFE): Ensuring KPI target achievement; Monitoring Lead quality and supporting Sales/Marketing with specific reportsProspect/ Customer Care program (PCP/CCP) managementCustomer Experience Management (CEM): Identification of customer touchpoint; Analysis, Implementation of measures, and report of results

Job Requirements :

Experienced in CRM/Marketing/PRAutomotive experience is a plusBachelor degreeFluent EnglishV. Good Computer skillsIGCSE & Language school is preferable
