- Collection of dues on time
- Fluent and effective communication skill
- Monthly reporting like ageing, average collection days & other report as require by FM
- Maintain good relationship with customers.
- Accuracy & timely report preparation
- Monthly & daily follow up for collection with customer.
- Maintain the average collection period as per management requirements.
- Creation of customer master as per SOPP guideline
- Having sage system experience would be added advantage.
Skills
- Qualitfication : Commerce Graduate at minimum, good working knowledge of advanced Excel, Online search tools, good at email writing, Email management.
- Hindi and English-speaking mandatory; good communicator, polite but firm.
- Experience: UAE experience of 4-5 years compulsory – preferably construction/projects based.
