**Creative Technology Director Position**
This leadership role requires an individual to spearhead the organization’s digital strategy. Primary responsibilities encompass the development and implementation of technology strategies aligned with the company’s creative and business objectives, the management of design and deployment initiatives for novel technology platforms and digital experiences, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technological solutions.
The incumbent will maintain a comprehensive understanding of emerging trends and advancements in creative technology, identifying opportunities for strategic adoption and application. Furthermore, this role provides technical leadership and guidance to the creative team, serving as a liaison between the technical and creative facets of projects.
**Responsibilities:**
The Creative Technology Director will be responsible for fostering digital innovation and optimizing the overall user experience. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Developing and implementing technology strategies that align with the company’s creative and business goals.
* Managing the design, development, and deployment of new technology platforms and digital experiences.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
* Monitoring emerging trends in creative technology and exploring opportunities for strategic adoption.
* Providing technical leadership and guidance to the creative team.
* Analyzing data and performance metrics to evaluate the efficacy of technology solutions and implementing data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of five years of experience managing and leading creative technology projects.
* Demonstrated technical proficiency in web development, mobile application development, and emerging technologies.
* Proven ability to develop creative and strategic solutions to complex challenges.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for effective engagement with cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders.
**Application Process:**
