قيادة وإدارة وتوجيه فريق من مؤلفي المحتوى، ومصممي الجرافيك، والمحررين. مراجعة وتحرير واعتماد جميع المخرجات الإبداعية لضمان الجودة والاتساق. مواءمة التوجه الإبداعي مع إرشادات العلامة التجارية وأهداف الحملة. الحفاظ على وإدارة الجدول الزمني لإنتاج المشاريع الإبداعية. اقتراح أساليب سرد قصص وتنسيقات مبتكرة لتعزيز تفاعل العلامة التجارية. التعاون الوثيق مع فرق الأداء والإعلام والعلامة التجارية عبر مختلف الأقسام.
Skills:
Requirements :
3–5 years of experience in creative direction, content production, or digital marketing
Proven experience managing creative teams or projects from concept to execution
Strong understanding of visual communication, branding, and digital media trends
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) or equivalent tools
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Experience in EdTech, startups, or youth-focused sectors is a strong plus
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
