A Design Technology-based Prop Tech organization specializing in interactive solutions seeks a highly skilled and imaginative 3D Designer to contribute to the development of interior and exterior design concepts, from initial sketches to finalized presentations. The incumbent will be responsible for generating high-fidelity 3D visualizations, including renderings, walkthroughs, animations, and lighting schemes, that accurately represent the project vision and design intent. This role encompasses the preparation and maintenance of detailed AutoCAD drawings for construction purposes and client presentations, as well as collaborative engagement with architects, project managers, and clients to refine design solutions. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be expected to maintain a current understanding of design trends, materials, and emerging visualization technologies. This includes creating high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for both interior and exterior real estate projects, collaborating closely with architects, designers, and project managers to interpret design briefs and translate concepts into compelling visual assets, developing detailed 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials to achieve photorealistic results, producing walkthrough animations and virtual tours to enhance client presentations and marketing materials, ensuring all visualizations align with project requirements, brand guidelines, and client expectations, managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve visual outputs, staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in 3D visualization and architectural rendering, optimizing 3D assets for various platforms, including web, VR, and AR applications, and contributing creative ideas to enhance the overall visual storytelling and user experience.
