Job Description:**Position: Founding Creative & Operations Lead (Egypt)**

**Summary:**

10th Year, a premium branding, design, and marketing agency based in Egypt, seeks a highly qualified and experienced Creative & Operations Lead to establish and manage its Cairo operations. This senior-level leadership position will be responsible for overseeing creative project execution, building and managing a high-performing team, and structuring scalable operational workflows. The role also includes developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the 10th Year brand presence across digital channels.

**Responsibilities:**

* Execute and oversee branding, identity, social content, and UI/UX projects for client accounts.
* Recruit, manage, and mentor a creative team consisting of designers, editors, and content creators.
* Manage the establishment and daily operations of the Cairo office.
* Develop and optimize workflows to ensure efficient project delivery and high-quality output.
* Provide regular updates and performance reports to the organization’s founders.
* Implement and manage marketing initiatives to promote 10th Year across social media and other digital platforms.
* Maintain consistent content and visibility for the agency’s brand.
* Oversee project coordination across branding, strategy, public relations, and video production.

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a creative or marketing agency.
* A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, identity, and digital/social content creation.
* Demonstrated knowledge of branding, identity, social media, marketing strategy, UI/UX design, videography, and public relations.
* Proven experience in managing and mentoring junior creatives and freelancers.
* Experience in developing and marketing brand visibility for creative firms or agencies.
* Solid understanding of SEO, ASO, and digital performance metrics.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Slack) and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Buffer).
* Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
* Strong time management and task prioritization abilities.
* Ability to manage logistical tasks (e.g., rent, utilities, tool procurement).

**Desirable Qualifications:**

* Experience working with clients in the Gulf region or the broader MENA region.
