Job Description:
. Prepare, analyze, and report on monthly cost results and develop detailed forecasts.
· Track actual expenses against budgets and analyze variances to ensure projects remain financially viable.
· Develop and maintain dynamic reporting tools and dashboards for transparent communication of financial information.
· Coordinate the budget process by working closely with cost center owners and project managers to consolidate and summarize financial data.
· Conduct risk and opportunity analysis, identifying root causes of cost overruns and suggesting mitigation plans.
· Support the evaluation of claims by coordinating functional cost estimates.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and maintenance, to understand financial priorities and translate them into actionable solutions.
· Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standard.
