Job Description:تعلن شركة Master Link Construction عن حاجتها المُلحة إلى مُحاسب تكاليف ذي خبرة واسعة في قطاع الإنشاءات للانضمام إلى فريق العمل في منطقة شيراتون، القاهرة.
**المسؤوليات الرئيسية:**
* تتبع وتحليل تكاليف المشاريع.
* إعداد تقارير وتوقعات تكاليف دقيقة.
* مراقبة الميزانيات وتحديد الانحرافات.
* التنسيق مع فرق المشاريع والمشتريات.
* المساهمة في عمليات الإقفال المالي.

Skills:
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in construction cost accounting
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proven work experience as a Cost Accountant, Cost Analyst, Accountant or similar role
- Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures
- Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
