Job Description :

Handling new Client’s requests.Developing and preparing effective Financial and Technical proposal.Drafting, reviewing  and editing contracts between Premier and Clients.Researching current regulations to guarantee that the contracts are updated and in compliance with the relevant laws.Negotiating the contract’s (Terms & Conditions) with Clients.Following & Finalizing the contracts renewal process.Finalizing, signing and archiving the new client’s contracts.Participating in fulfilling the tenders’ RFQ,RFI and any other related requirements.Handling the client’s received -Questionnaires , Surveys & RFI within the requested deadline.

Job Requirements :

II. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree of Law/English department (is a must)2-4 Years of Experience in similar role.Excellent in both English & Arabic Languages.III. Competencies: Good attention to details, efficiency, and quality.Good communication and negotiation skills.Interpersonal Relationships.Work under pressure.
