Job Description:**Responsibilities encompass the following:**
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and amendments to guarantee precision, adherence to regulatory standards, and risk mitigation.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors/clients to negotiate advantageous terms and conditions.
* Ensuring contractual alignment with legal mandates, organizational policies, and industry regulations, thereby promoting compliance and effective risk management.
* Overseeing contract execution and administration, including the maintenance of contract records, monitoring of critical deadlines, and ensuring timely execution and renewals.
* Facilitating seamless contract processes through collaboration with legal, procurement, finance, and other relevant departments.
* Identifying potential contractual disputes and diligently pursuing resolutions that safeguard the organization’s interests.
* Continuously refining contract management processes to optimize efficiency and minimize potential risks.
* Maintaining accurate contract databases, generating comprehensive reports, and providing insightful information to support informed decision-making.
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Specialist
- Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
- Familiarity with accounting procedures
- Excellent writing skills
- Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners
- BSc degree in law Is a Must
