Job Description

  1. Handle all contracts for a company to ensure employees and executives understand the terms they agree to. 
  2. They work with leadership and the human resources department to establish the company’s goals and ensure each contract meets these objectives and conforms to legislative requirements.
  3.  to ensure that the design professional and contractor performs in accordance with all of the terms and conditions of the contractual agreement.
  4. continual monitoring of the design professional and contractor’s performance is critical to the success of the contract.
