Job Description:**Internship Opportunity: Content Creation and Digital Strategy**

**Job Description:** The successful candidate will collaborate directly with the co-founders to facilitate the complete execution of content publication, digital channel expansion, and research-driven initiatives. Responsibilities will include managing and curating the company’s presence on Instagram, X, and LinkedIn, adapting and repackaging podcast and newsletter content, and assisting in the development of strategic resources such as funding databases and lead magnets.

This internship requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of content principles and proficiency in utilizing digital tools to ensure timely and accurate task completion.

**Learning Objectives:** This internship provides valuable practical experience in content creation, social media strategy, and editorial operations within a dynamic media startup specializing in technology and venture capital. The intern will acquire proficiency in the following areas:

* Publishing and distributing news articles across diverse platforms, including Instagram Stories, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn, while adapting tone and format to suit each platform.
* Transforming long-form content into visually engaging narratives, including the creation of quote cards, story hooks, and summary slides using Canva and other design tools.
* Writing concise and brand-consistent news summaries, translating press releases and startup funding announcements into clear and readable formats adhering to established editorial guidelines.
* Clipping and editing podcast episodes into social media-optimized content, identifying key soundbites and packaging them into engaging video reels.
* Designing visuals for social media and newsletters using Canva, cultivating an understanding of brand consistency and effective visual communication.
* Utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT for research and drafting, gaining exposure to efficient prompt-based content generation and summarization techniques.
* Conducting research for high-value resources, such as investor databases and startup trackers, and understanding how these assets contribute to lead generation and business growth.
* Working within a content calendar and analytics pipeline, developing operational skills related to scheduling, versioning, and performance reporting.
* Supporting weekly editorial production, including formatting newsletters, verifying facts, sourcing relevant links, and contributing to a seamless content workflow.

Upon completion of this internship, the participant will possess a solid foundation in contemporary digital content creation and distribution, accompanied by a portfolio of demonstrable work.
