Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Plan and execute creative campaigns, reels, and visual stories aligned with marketing goals.
- Shoot and edit videos, take lifestyle/product shots, and collaborate with models and influencers.
- Stay on top of content trends in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, especially within the Gen Z and millennial markets.
- Assist in building and managing a content calendar with the marketing team.
- Maintain Havana’s brand identity, tone, and aesthetics across all content.
- Collaborate with design, performance marketing, and product teams for launches, ads, and events.
Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing (using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Confident on camera and/or directing talent for shoots.
- Bonus qualification: Ability and willingness to appear in videos and social media content with your face for brand campaigns.
- Up-to-date with social media trends, especially Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Passion for fashion and a good understanding of what appeals to women aged 18–32.
- Proactive, creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
