**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Consultant – Business/System Analyst to contribute to our Technology Strategy and Transformation team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation of business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of frameworks that are in accordance with the organization’s strategic goals and regulatory mandates.
* Execute business process analysis and evaluate the impact of technological solutions across various departments.
* Provide support in the preparation of proposals and responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
* Develop and document use cases, user stories, process flows, and service journey maps utilizing industry-standard tools to ensure comprehensive understanding among both technical teams and business stakeholders.
* Translate business requirements into explicit and actionable system specifications, encompassing both functional and non-functional aspects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business and technical units, to ensure cohesive alignment of requirements throughout the duration of the project lifecycle.
* Perform gap analyses and propose enhancements to existing systems and operational procedures.
* Contribute to training initiatives and knowledge transfer activities.

**Qualifications/Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related discipline.
* Three to six years of professional experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or consulting positions.
* Professional certification, such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA, is desirable.
* Proven experience working with enterprise platforms, including ERP, CRM, or workflow automation applications.
* Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio.
* Comprehensive understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, encompassing Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
