Job Description
- As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain regular monitoring and control over construction progress to promptly identify and address potential issues, ensuring maximum project efficiency.
- Ensure constant monitoring and control of construction progress to proactively identify and resolve issues, thereby optimizing project efficiency.
- Be the key point of contact, ensuring regular updates are provided to clients, senior management, and relevant stakeholders on project status, budget changes, and essential modifications.
- Stay vigilant in monitoring and controlling construction progress, swiftly addressing any arising issues to uphold project efficiency at its peak.
- As an expert in quality control, you will ensure that all construction activities strictly comply with industry standards and regulations.
- We require applicants to hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
