Job Description
- Responsible for obtaining technician/vendor legal documentation such as W9 Forms, business licenses, trade licenses, insurance, and certifications.
- Responsible for finalizing the signed service contract.
- Holds Standard Operations Procedure seminars with technicians/ vendors.
- Holds Behavioral Code of conduct seminars with technicians/ vendors.
- Taking feedback from project coordinators on weak points picked up, for example, delay, lack of experience, poor craftsmanship, and poor communication.
- Notes bad feedback from all operation ends and holds discussions with the tech/vendors.
- Handles tech/vendor disputes due to poor craftsmanship or customer service reports.
