The incumbent is responsible for the design, maintenance, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with market competitiveness and internal equity. Responsibilities include: the development and management of salary structures, pay scales, and grading systems; oversight of monthly payroll processing for all employee classifications; coordination with the Finance Department for monthly closing and financial reconciliation; leadership of annual salary review, promotion cycles, and bonus/incentive processes; the execution of market surveys and benchmarking studies; the administration of all employee benefit programs; ensuring adherence to relevant labor laws and regulations; management of the job evaluation system; the evaluation and improvement of reward programs; management of expatriate compensation packages; preparation of comprehensive compensation analysis reports and payroll budget forecasts; and serving as a liaison with external consultants and auditors.
Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; professional certification (e.g., GRP, CIPD) is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 7–10 years in C&B roles, including 3+ years in a managerial capacity.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of compensation tools and methodologies (e.g., Mercer, HAY, Towers Watson)
- Proficient in Excel and HRIS/payroll systems
Soft Skills:
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ethical and able to handle confidential data with integrity
