**The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete company establishment process for both Mainland and Free Zone entities within the UAE, advising clients on appropriate legal structures aligned with their business objectives, providing expert guidance on permissible business activities, relevant license categories, and necessary documentation, and maintaining current knowledge of evolving regulatory frameworks, business establishment legislation, and governmental protocols.**

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in company setup in the UAE
- In-depth knowledge of Mainland and Free Zone structures, regulations, and setup processes
