ABOUT THE ROCKET MARKETING:We are a 100% remote Facebook (META) Business Partner (https://www.facebook.com/business/partner-directory/details?id=2432607553472221) that serves the Arabic market. The founder (Hicham Zaraket) is currently based in Berlin and previously worked at Facebook for 7 years before starting The Rocket Marketing in 2018.We are a boutique performance marketing agency and work very closely with our clients (our partners) and have a small and lean remote team working from across the MENA (Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Morocco). We are not your typical digital agency and everything is done remotely. We help clients scale significantly and grow with them.Our goal is to disrupt the industry and help grow businesses across the MENA through the effective use of digital marketing (and have fun doing it!). This is why we launched “Sponsored Course” where we are helping over 1,500 businesses in the MENA grow and scale through online ads.We focus on eCommerce, lead generation and digital products (online courses, webinars etc).Job Description:Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications throughout all social media channels and emails. For that, you need to have the right energy and a continuous hunger to learn and help our community.You preferably have digital marketing expertise and have worked in an agency before. You will be working both on our own agency accounts and some of our clients.Responsibilities:Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner Facebook Group: Moderate all posts, comments, and repliesFacebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn replies and DM’sEmail, live chat, co-browsing, SMS, and chatbotsZoom: Moderate all live Coaching Calls (twice a week)Work with social media manager and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategiesMonitor and report on feedback and online reviewsCreate meaningful experiences and nurture relationships to increase customer advocacy resulting in sales, referrals, testimonials, ascension, and retention.Organize and participate in online events to build community and boost brand awarenessCoordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistencyBuild relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalistsStay up-to-date with digital technology trendsWork on other related duties

Job Requirements :

RequirementsProven work experience as a community manager (2-5 years)Speed: You will be responsible for hitting inbox zero on several high-traffic platforms including our Facebook Group, Email, and Social Media Platforms.Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)Excellent verbal and writing communication skills (English, Arabic required, French is a plus)Hands on experience with social media management for brandsAbility to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metricsKnowledge of online marketing and marketing channelsAttention to detail and ability to multitaskBSc degree in Marketing or relevant fieldCourse Launch Executive:SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSREQUIRED – Proficiency in building & managing ad campaigns in Facebook.REQUIRED – Proficiency in building & managing ad campaigns in LinkedIn.REQUIRED – Proficiency in building & managing campaigns in email marketing software platforms.At least 3 to 5 years of experience of developing demand generation campaigns.Demonstrated success running integrated multi-channel marketing programs that combine email marketing, social media, and paid media.Ability to analyze the effectiveness of campaigns across multiple channels, conduct tests, and determine steps to continually improve performance.Deep understanding of the buyer’s journey, marketing’s role at each stage, and how to influence buyers.Ability to take ownership of the result and can independently determine what else needs to be done and how to do it.Excellent project management skills with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously.Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.Required Tech Experience:LinkedIn AdsFacebook AdsEmail and marketing automation software (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, ConvertKit, MailChimp)Google AnalyticsNice to Have Tech Experience or certification:Google SuiteGoogle AdsWordPressOpt-in MonsterHootsuite or similar social media management toolZapierWebinar platforms and tools (WebinarJam, Eventable, GoToWebinar)Benefits: You’ll have an amazing opportunity for career growth.Working closely with an Ex-FB employee who has a strong network across all the big digital companiesDirect access to Facebook since the agency is a Facebook Marketing PartnerWorking with an international team and clients who are all partners and have a close relationshipOpportunity to be a part of an agency that is unique in the Arab world and to be an instrumental part of our growth strategyFlexibility/home-office
