Job Description:**Job Description: Commercial Roofer**
Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) is seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. This position is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
**Responsibilities:**
* Installation of various roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, single-ply membranes, coatings, and other low-slope applications.
* Safe and proficient operation of hand tools and power tools commonly used in the roofing trade.
* Adherence to all OSHA regulations and other relevant regulatory agency guidelines pertaining to job site safety, demonstrating safe work practices at all times.
* Performance of duties in diverse weather conditions, meeting the physical demands of the role, including the mobility required to complete assigned tasks.
* Ascending and working on ladders, with the ability to lift and handle materials weighing at least 50 lbs.
* Maintaining effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other employees of WTI and Tremco.
**Qualifications:**
* Commercial Roofing experience: All levels considered; a minimum of one year of experience is preferred.
* Reliable transportation is required.
* Successful completion of a company-standard background check.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical examination.
**Compensation:**
* The hourly rate is $20.00 – $33.00, commensurate with experience.
