Job DescriptionMajor accountabilities: Lead and manage commercial operations across KSA between Sandoz, Distributors, and NUPCO warehouses, with a focus on driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless coordination from order creation to final product delivery.Monitor and optimize distributor performance, ensuring continuous product flow to hospitals through effective stock management, documentation control, and supply reliability. Set and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track distributor performance, enhance accountability, and support operational efficiency. Manage all aspects of distributor relationships, including business reviews, performance evaluations, and compliance oversight, ensuring alignment with contractual objectives. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Tender, KAM, Marketing, Medical, and Market Access teams to ensure commercial operations are aligned with Sandoz KSA’s strategic goals.Provide regular performance analytics and actionable insights to leadership to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.Support the successful execution of product launches and portfolio strategies, contributing to sustainable and profitable growth in the government sector.Ensure full compliance with Sandoz policies, including the Core Policy and Guidelines, and all relevant local regulations in distributor operations.Key Performance Indicatorsanalytical mindset and excellent executionStrong negotiation and influencing capabilitiesDeep understanding of Saudi market dynamics High compliance and ethical standardsMinimum RequirementsWork Experience: preferred 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare operations, distribution, or commercial management. Exposure to managing distributor relationships, tenders, and contract coordination. Understanding of Saudi healthcare systems, regulatory environment, and market access dynamics.
