Job Description
• Generate and close new Customers and new products offering to Industry.
• Generate and explore new revenue streams.
• Coordinates and works closely with various departments to resolve contractual and commercial issues and claims.
• Responsible for top line revenue for the company.
• Responsible for the public image of the company.
• Responsible for the handling all commercial related issues.
• Assist on market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities.
• Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
• Provide strategic input, advice and action plans for decision-making.
Skills
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, namely: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Good background and financial knowledge in terms of calculation of profit and loss, and revenue projects.
• Intermediate legal knowledge in particular with contracts.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to remain claim in difficult situation.
• Good knowledge on media and advertising for corporate branding.
• Familiar with container terminal and intermodal terminal operations would be an advantage.
• Familiar with warehousing/depot operations.
• At least 5 years of experience in container terminal and intermodal terminal operations.
• Shipping line and related industry experience are strongly preferred.
• Background on commercial activities is preferred.
• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
