Job Description:**Commercial Leadership Opportunity: Driving Revenue Growth at Kliq in Saudi Arabia**
Kliq, an innovative and rapidly expanding influencer marketing platform, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced commercial professional to assume a foundational leadership role in driving revenue growth within the Saudi Arabian market. This individual will be responsible for the development and execution of the commercial strategy, scaling both brand/agency and creator partnerships to achieve ambitious marketing objectives for our clients. Kliq is committed to fostering authentic connections and delivering measurable results through data-driven and transparent solutions for campaign management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Strategic Leadership:** Formulate and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy, aligned with Kliq’s overarching business objectives and specifically tailored for the Saudi Arabian market and future regional expansion. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and customer needs, informing strategic decision-making. Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate commercial success, adapting the business model to the evolving influencer marketing landscape.
* **Revenue Generation & Sales:** Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy focused on acquiring and retaining key brand and agency clients to achieve significant revenue growth. Establish and manage a high-performing sales process and team, implementing scalable sales methodologies. Build and lead the Client Success and Customer Support functions to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) and minimize churn. Directly correlate the growth and engagement of our creator base to sales success. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key clients and partners within the region. Oversee pricing strategy and revenue forecasting. Spearhead the development of compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals that effectively showcase the platform’s capabilities. Organize and conduct events, workshops, and demonstrations for brands, highlighting the platform’s features and driving sales.
* **Creator Partnerships & Community:** Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key creators and creator networks in the region. Achieve high creator retention and engagement metrics. Foster a vibrant and supportive creator community through strategic online and offline initiatives. Manage and expand the creator support system. Analyze brand and creator performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and enhance the platform’s value proposition.
* **Team Leadership & Operations:** Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the commercial and client success teams. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support. As required within an early-stage startup environment, perform hands-on execution of sales, client, and creator management tasks. Embody Kliq’s values, serving as a leader and contributing to a positive and inclusive company culture.
**Qualifications:**
* A minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience within a commercial department, preferably within a technology startup or SaaS environment.
* Demonstrated success in building and scaling revenue in a fast-paced, early-stage technology startup.
* In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian influencer marketing landscape and a robust network of industry contacts.
* Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales and client-facing teams.
* Extensive experience in sales and business development, with a demonstrated ability to directly link client/creator growth to revenue.
* Strong understanding of brand and creator motivations and needs.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
* Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
